Photographed in Crested Butte, Colorado this was something to watch! The lightning started in when we had our tripods set up and got a little too close for our comfort, followed by the heavy sounds of rolling thunder. The storm moved in fast over the mountains and upon our location. We were loving every second of it though! For this shot, I set up in an area where the wildflowers contrasted heavily with the lush landscape to add some nice contrast. I hope you like it!
