Sunflowers and Sunrays

Sunflowers & sunrays at sunset on the eastern plains of Colorado during summer. I am going to talk as a second as an artist so stick with me, as this is something I rarely ever do. 
A lot of my work is a reflection of me and who I am. I've said many times that if you want to really know me, get to know my photography and the pictures you're presented with. Not many know this about me but often times I only post photographs which I have a deep emotional tie and bond with, photographs that are very representational of me, personally. Art has been a very personal thing for me and it continues to be 40+ years on. If you study the image and what it represents, you'll begin to understand how I see things, my state of mind, how I see the world. Look beyond the obvious of a "pretty picture" and into the depth of the image itself. If you can figure this image out then you in turn are also figuring me out. There's a tremendously deep conceptual value to almost every photo I post. Nobody really knows that but now you do.
