I remember back in the day when you started doing your photography. You did capture a lot of wonderful street stuff. You played around with so very many types of photography, of which were all very good (and fun to manipulate as well). I would suggest you post your best street stuff and any in black and white you may have as well. Also, if I may speak out of turn, you should post some more of your car shots for the guys and macro flowers for the ladies (and both for both if it applies).

You have come a long way dear John, and have now achieved what you desired here on dA. I am sure I speak for all of us when I say CONGRATULATIONS for becoming the professional photographer you worked so hard to become but also for being not only a mentor to many, but a friend to many more as well.

As you are well aware, I won't be around much, but I do wish you good luck in all your future endeavors be it in photography, tutoring, mentoring and most of all, doing what lifts your heart! :heart:

Well no wonder I didn't see your comment, it was left on my poll! Messages that are left here do not show up in my message center at all and I didn't even check this page for the few minutes I was on here last night. 'Splains that! What do you mean with 'talking outta turn' anyhow?? You can talk anytime u wish, it's not like I have a muzzle on ya or something and I very much value your input as well. VERY!

I spose I have come a long way and I have a long way to go yet too, very much so. DA is just one piece of the overall puzzle and there are many. In fact when you are back, do you want to help me design my business cards?? I could use the help! And yes I am asking! People do look up to me a mentor and I don't know why really, I have never taught anone other than yourself. I do try and write helpful journals, giving out tips, ideas, and so forth and I think that is where that might come from.

Good idea on the flower and car shots, I hadn't thought about that and heaven knows I have quite a few of each. And what is with this "As you are well aware, I won't be around much" attitude?? No you stay here, because I want you to dang it! :dance: :heart:

I really hope you have a fun trip this weekend, and be safe.....I can't wait til u are back, I will miss you!

Ahhhhh Jujubee, look I don't want ya to leave here, in fact I am begging ya not to. You have been a HUGE source of my inspiration, u always drive me onward, pushing me, to be the best I can be. I know we have had our fair share of 'issues' with this site and how it relates to you and I, it's just that, well honestly, it would not be the same if you took a hike from here. You have a lotta friends here who care deeply about you, and I don't want to see you go. If someone, anyone, says anything to you again then you tell them to come talk to me. Because most of the problems that we do have are my fault to begin with! Juju you honestly have a talent, and one I deeply admire, and one that inspires me. You are passionate in your work, and that alone is the true artist's calling. Just yesterday I was on craigslist when I saw this [link] and that made me think! hehehe ya we outta do that I think!! I can sooooo see you on the roof, standing in the middle of Yellowstone, with a tripod in the snow, photographing Wolves, it isn't even funny!!!!! See Juju that is why I fight, because I believe in you! And I DO a LOT! Boy do I ever! :glomp: :heart:
