It's really choppy and suuuuuper scribbly because I took like 30 seconds to draw each frame. Please fill in the gaps and gloss over the art with your wonderful imagination! I made it in Windows Movie Maker which is an absolutely evil program =o=

Design Contest WIN 4000 POINTS, 20$ AND MORE!I've wanted to hold a design contest for a long time now, and finally I've gathered enough points to do it :D

What I'm looking for:
Everything! Wolves, foxes, fennec foxes, ferrets, servals, bobcats, tigers, other big cats, small cats, deers, dragons, gryphons, dogs, birds, hybrids, original species.. bring it!
I'm leaving the details to your imagination, but here are some things I really like:
-White base color with black and red markings<33 (mostly on canines)
-Cute and fluffy things! No need to go all big eyes and oversized heads, but animals with fur. Creepy and slimy things just aren't my thing.. Still don't be afraid to make something dark/evil
-Anything tribal
-Native american stuff
-Feathers!
-Tawny, golden, brown, white, red, blue, cyan, gray, black (well, not all combined)
-I like more natural base colors, but with smaller markings in unnatural colors like blue or red
-Long tails, big/long
The Echo chamber dilemmaThe promise of the Internet was that unlimited information and experiences would draw us together. But instead it seems to have driven us apart.
For years I've observed this behavior but haven't been able to vocalize it correctly. Originally I called the behavior of collective opinions as "the hive mentality" of the Internet. But that wasn't exactly right and I often got called out on it. The most prominent example was when I made a comic about a guy disagreeing with opinions and being shouted at till he remained quiet, eventually fading into the background with everyone else. The consensus of that comic was that if you disagree with someone you aren't bullied into not speaking, but instead are free to go someplace else where people who do agree with you exist. And you know what? That wasn't what i was trying to convey, but is sadly true. The Internet is not a hive mind. It's many tiny pocket echo chambers of mutual agreements.

Callibrate your Wacom tutorialHad you  finally  made  the transition from intuos 3 to intuos 4?, or Are you rich to change into an intuos 5? Had you made the transition from a first generation cintiq  to the new ones?. More levels of pressure will mean  more quality to the paintings, am i right?. 
Did you thought that by default the pen will it be like using butter on bread?, you try it for the first time and you love all of it, you said i have sooooooo much control on my strokes im having a blast. Then only  to realize you only have total control of the brush but when you are moving it really slow?. But when you do quick strokes the pressure drops a lot of paint making you redraw tons of stuff?
Did you ever thought that painter its hard to handle with new tablet? Too much pressure? If it has more pressure why i cant control more easier the beggining of the stroke which is more crucial?.

Busy as a Bee!

Just thought I would check in real quick. How are ya all doing? I am ok here, just busy as a Bee with redoing my whole website and adding in a "prints & portfolio" section. I am integrating it with RedBubble, providing direct links to where people can purchase my work. It is a daunting task and very slow moving. I am going with RedBubble and not DA for a few reasons; RB is much more professional, I don't have to wait 3 months to receive my royalties and they offer metallic prints, among the myriad of other reasons (language, kiriban, I am to old for this place anymore) So far this is what I have up (keep in mind it is FAR from done) [link] and the whole gallery titled "best of the best" is going adios. The landscape gallery is furthest along. Once it's done though it's done and that is that.

How about you all? What have you all been up to?

Looking good, neutral background sure is nice on the eyes. Makes me think how annoying the bright white comment box on G+ is.

What do you like about zenfolio?

well the comment box is white but the Lightbox in G+ for photos is quite dark.
What do I like about zenfolio? Everything. It is a true professional hosting site made strictly for photographers by photographers

Looks pretty good and not too expensive. I've been hunting around for webhosts but still not sure if I'm ready to pay for one yet. I'd go ahead and get a site going with something free but it would be a lot of work to move to a paid one when the time comes lol! :P

I can easily imagine the amount of work to built all those links between your site and RB with in more all the updates you are doing.
I spend less energy on DA too. Too much disappointments, Kiriban and things like this don't bother me. If I don't want to be involved with those "social games" that members created, I have just to not look at it.
I am more disappointing by DA administration itself, the all prints area process and orders, the poor way we can built our DA store ...
All my suggestions and ideas and thoughts totally ignored and unanswered ... and those ads :frustrated:

I'm still waiting on my payment from Redbubble, should of had it with last months but I'll wait til the end of this month and question it. Have you ever had problems with payment from them? This will be my second cash out :)
