Recently I had the chance to photograph some severe storms just outside of Denver International Airport. The crazy thing is that this was totally unexpected, we were actually out there to shoot a massive wild Sunflower field (which turned out to be rather bunk) and instead were greeted with an amazing display of weather. So much so I got a clip of it on my cell phone of the Messocyclone that was right above us
[link] We stayed with the storm as long as we could which provided us some great lightning shots.
