Storm Clouds Over The Plainsby `kkart

Captured while storm chasing on the eastern plains of Colorado, the sky at times simply lit up as it did in this shot. It is honestly amazing how far you can see out here in Washington county and in some ways it makes you feel quite small. There is a lot of nothing but wide open spaces, huge skies, and some of the most violent thunderstorms on the planet.
