And there she sat, in all her baby blue glory, a 1935 Ford, awaiting the restorer's touch and the lead man's hammer. When I was looking it over, I felt like a 'lil kid looking and peeking in a Christmas holiday display window, all wide and starry eyed.....seeing the late nights spent among friends in summer, out in the garage with a 12 pack, listening to some old skool doowop, and wrenching, sanding, and torching away at her....like how an illustrator stares at a blank piece of paper, anticipating what will soon become of it. Yeah, boyhood dreams, soaked in motor oil, grease, loud exhaust, and the smell of primer......

My fiance is a rat rod lover and his Dad was a drag race driver. He used to race Willy's Coupe. Check out his site if you want to see some bad ass cars, :iconStallionDesign: We want to get a rat rod going, we already have one of the last muscle cars, 73 El Camino.
