Kisses

One of the things I love about wildlife photography is being able to capture intimacy with animals. I was watching this mother Black-tailed Prairie dog and its young playing around with one another. He was born only a few months ago but already he has grown so fast. I loved the interaction here and how he would hug her literally at times, it was absolutely adorable and then this happened. Sometimes you just have to wonder about animals and if they are a lot more human than what we give them credit for.
