Home On The Range

Captured somewhere outside of Winter Park, Colorado....I think I could certainly cozy up to that cabin without question...though I must admit, Winter would be no fun lol They don't measure snow by inches up here but rather in feet, however I will say this, it certainly is one gorgeous place to live....dirt roads, out in teh country, one can only imagine what it must be like watching the sunrise over the mountains each and every morning....so who is bringing the coffee and wants to join me? Processed in HDR ....really like how the atmosphere came out in this shot with the pending thunderstorms....

just as you said it would be great to cozy up in that cabin, especially seeing as the rest of the photo's mood looks so ominous-dark rainclouds blanketing the sky, the vignettes, and the noise-making me feel quite... scared. o__O

I think this sort of scene suits HDR especially because of those very dramatic and somewhat sinister looking clouds. Together with the overall darkness of the photo, it really has a big atmosphere to it. Quite a nice composition as well. Nice one :D

I can't drink much coffee but I will go with a nice cup of hot chocolate ^^
This photo is so overwhelming but yet so calm, the amount of details is so amazing, I feel like I can walk in those fields and then jump to the clouds. I like how the cabins add a "down to earth" sensation. Very pretty!
