Glow Of A Late Evening Dusk by kkart Glow Of A Late Evening Dusk by kkart
A Evening Dusk's Tranquil Glow

Boreas Pass, Colorado....shooting the evening light at 11,500 feet high, overlooking the valley below as the wildflowers and their scent linger on the air. Serenity in it's finest.

Hope ya all like it!
---John

Amazing depth in it John! Love how the light has touched the trees in front and that lovely touch of yellow of the flowers!

What is the temp like in the fall? I don't like the cold very much LOL. When does it get warm(ish) in the spring?

Fall is beautiful.....utterly stunning here, perfect actually! Aren't you in the midwest? Denver's weather is a lot like so-cal in Winter. The mountains, highs in the 60s come Autumn sometimes 70s sometimes 50s, the night are crisp and cool. It is very refreshing that time of the year

Yep, I'm in Michigan. Funny that I don't like the cold, huh? Ha ha (said with sarcasm) :giggle: Michigan is beautiful in the fall too, but we don't have mountains :-) It's something to think about - a trip to CO I mean. I will have to start looking at airfare online. If not this year, maybe next. If I don't start on my life "to do" list I will be trying to fit it all in when I'm 80 LOL.

I grew up in Ill and Wi,and have been to Mi many MANY times and lemme tell you, there is just no comparison at all lol Our winters here are also a LOT warmer, if you want snow u can always drive to the mountains, it is odd though at times because it can 20 degrees air temp but because of the altitude the sun is actually VERY hot, and a lotta people get sunburned bad in the mountains, hence people skiing in their shorts
