Echo Lake Landscape

Welcome To Echo Lake in the Mount Evans Wilderness here in Colorado, elevation 10,600 ft (3,230 m) above sea level.

I love this place! It is just amazing when you see it, because it comes out of no where, you round a corner unexpectedly and this view slams ya in the eyes, and your mouth just hits the floor. Very little in the way of post work in this shot, just sharpened pretty much and slight curves adjustment....processed in Lightroom as RAW and output through PS.

Tell me what ya think and also please check out my other photo in this series :

Thanks!

You know something. This splendid photo just sums up 'The United States of America' as a whole. Beautiful sunrises and wide open spaces.

Jolly good!

Photography is not a great camera that helps you make good pictures. It is passion, patience and a lot of imagination. 'Cause no camera lens is better than the human eye...
