Country Dirt Roads Of Autumn

There are times when I look back on the shots which I have taken and wish I could just jump back in to them, and this is one of those shots. Shot outside the small, almost a ghost town (literally) of Como, Colorado, this is the beginning of Boreas Pass. The very second I saw this view, I was yelling at John ( ~Glitch-Chaos ) to stop the dang car because I had to get out and shoot this. It was incredible standing here, out in the country, no sounds, nothing....in the warmth of the morning light, seeing this road and how it just lead my eyes, right to paradise, the colors of Fall against the mountainside, and that famous baby blue Colorado sky.

Autumn, you are barely gone in the "High Country", but how I miss you so much already....

Shot as a panoramic, using my Sony a550, Sony 18-200mm lens, Fotodiox CPL & GND.
