Brainard Lake State Recreation Area, Colorado
The Indian Peaks of the Colorado Rockies reflect the pre-dawn pink and purple of the sky just before sunrise. We raced to get up here in time and just barely made it, closest call I have had with fleeting light since I started shooting to get on location and set up in time. I simply love this area, it is simply put, beautiful and has fast become one of my favorite spots.
