A Heavenly Autumn
Just a few more months away is all, and every year I look forward to Autumn, and I simply can not wait as this year is no exception! Photographed at St. Malo outside of Estes Park and Allenspark, Colorado last Fall...this to me just screams serenity like nothing else! The Yellow and Gold's of Autumn come to life in ways which are hard to describe without ever being there, they are so incredibly vivid in coloring that they stand out like a fire burning in the night...the lake below providing a perfect scene as you can hear the sounds of the Frog's and call of the birds.... I really loved the way the light played out in the scene, and some will say "shame about the contrail" but ya know, I rather like it! It breaks the plain and adds to the sky in my opinion, and generally I don't like things such as that in my shots, this, however, in an exception! Yeah....the things I see, the places I go....I am a lucky man.....very lucky.....I hope ya all like it! ---John PS--UPDATED--- This is how it SHOULD look, the RedBubble version is MUCH sharper!
